At a Glance Salary - £12.40 per hour Contract type - This position is a Permanent contract. Working pattern - 37.5 hours per week, A mix of shifts on a rota basis - I in 3 Weekends off. Earliest start time 07:00 - latest finish 22:30 Location - Bala Lake Hotel, North Wales As a Food Services Assistant, you’ll be working in one of our stunning Partnership hotels and supporting the profitable running of the catering operation there. You'll be working alongside a dedicated team of hospitality professionals to deliver a first-class guest experience. Due to working time regulations, applicants must be 18 years or over to apply. Key Responsibilities Day-today responsibilities will include: - Showing flexibility to work in different areas of the hotel when needed. Always ready to lend a hand to your fellow team members. and ensure the smooth running of the hotel. - Adhering to the highest standards of health and safety to ensure a safe working environment for both fellow Partners and guests. - Using your excellent organisational skills to prioritise tasks. - Interacting with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner and sharing your passion for good food and drink. Essential skills/experience you'll need - Able to work in a fast-paced environment - Great customer service skills. - Good organisational skills. - Ability to remain calm under pressure and find solutions quickly when issues arise. Desirable skills/experience you may have - Previous experience in a hospitality environment. .
