An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Coastal Services team to work in our busy reception. We are looking for an enthusiastic person with excellent customer service skills and previous experience of working a high-pressure environment to join our small and friendly team.
Customer service is at the heart of our business and to thrive in this environment you will need to a strong desire to deliver a high-quality service to our visitors. You will need the ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment where every day is different. A good knowledge of the coastal area would be advantageous but not essential.
The successful candidate will be confident in handling customer complaints and ensuring a positive outcome. The team use Net Promoter Score feedback and work hard to consistently improve our ratings, including acting upon comments made by the customers.
The successful candidate will have experience of using online booking systems and processing associated payments. They will have good knowledge of IT packages and be confident in using them. They will be able to confidently use social media and be able to respond appropriately to comments on these platforms.
This role is very varied and includes some low-level marketing, ordering and invoicing, issuing parking permits and other administration tasks alongside the day-to-day reception duties.
The role requires flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays and some evenings.
