As a Front of house barista at Sodexo in Aspire Business Centre, Ordnance Road Tidworth SP9 7QDYou're a real people person with excellent communication skills, Mainly customer facing, You'll interact with our Armed forces personnel every day, improving quality of life for all that you meet.What youll do:Promote a friendly and welcoming atmosphere to benefit both the company and the guests.Prepare and servefreshly groundcoffee to the standards required.Ensure tablesare kept clean at all times and that condiments are well stocked.Help answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage choices and related items.Clean and sanitize equipment and workstationsServe and replenish food from counters and break down stations at the end of meal periodsInteract with customers in the serving, retail, and dining areasWhat you bring:Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal, but if you have excellent people skills, wed still love to hear from you!Barista experience would be great but not essential.A positive and approachable attitude is a must, as this is a customer facing role.Being the first face many of ourvisitorswill see, youll be a role model when it comes to what a great service will look like.We want you to bring your great communication skills, strong teamwork ethos and a positive can-do attitude!Being a team player is really important, but youll also need to be able to work well on your own.What we offer:Working with Sodexo is more than a job; its a chance to be part of something greater.
