We are seeking a Project Administrator to support GW-SHIFT, a large and complex EPSRC programme that aims to connect academic, civic and industry partners with a shared vision to maximise the enormous potential of the growing hydrogen ecosystem in the South West of England and in South Wales.
You will be key in providing administrative support to all the activities of the programme including minute taking for four regular boards, setting up funding review panels and monitoring funding outcomes. Your core responsibility will be ensuring smooth running of all the key activities, meetings and events.
The role will be based in our co-located Hydrogen Hub offices alongside other hydrogen-related project support staff, as part of a cross-project community contributing to successful outcomes overall through the sharing of resources and best practice.
This position is full time (36.5 hours per week), fixed term with an expected end date of 31st December 2027.
