Global Collections Manager Salary Circa £55,000 We have a fantastic opportunity for a Global Collections Manager to join our growing and supportive London-based team. This is a great job for a proactive and driven professional looking to make a significant impact working with the UK leading Insurance, Wealth and Retirement business! A bit about the job: As a Global Collections Manager, you will manage financial relationships with third-party companies worldwide and establish effective processes. A solid understanding of SLAs is essential as you will handle money settlements between offices. You will address issues related to aged debt, stay current with industry trends and regulations, provide guidance and training, support team development, and participate in various projects and initiatives. A key aspect of this role is minimizing aged debt. You will hold regular meetings with network partners who are not meeting their obligations and implement action and development plans to bring these accounts back in line with expectations. Skills and experience we’re looking for: Experience working within multinational reinsurance operations Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners Previous experience in collections within the insurance or banking sector Excellent project management skills with the ability to self-manage Proven track record of working with third-party companies or network partners on a global scale What you’ll get for this role: Our purpose - with you today, for a better tomorrow – is a promise we make to our colleagues too.
