Job Title: Global Learning and Development Coordinator Department: Global Learning and Development Reporting to: Global Learning and Development Director Role Purpose: As a Learning and development Coordinator at Jimmy Choo, you will support the planning, implementation, and instructional design of tools and programs that support retail and corporate employee training needs. With creativity, curiosity, and excellent content development skills, you will play a significant role in developing our employees and future leaders across the global organisation. NATURE AND SCOPE OF POSITION STRATEGY Partner closely with the Jimmy Choo Learning and Development Director and team to continue to build training programs to drive engagement and productivity whilst supporting the career growth of our corporate and retail populations. Develop new ways of training employees, exploring digital and microlearning solutions, in-person activities, and on-demand content. Evolve Learning Experience Platforms to evolve content reach and engagement. DAILY OPERATIONS – INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN Work closely with the Learning & Development Director to build and manage retail excellence and corporate learning programs, including seasonal product knowledge and styling tools, new starter onboarding, JC Experience client service skills, and clienteling training. Key developer of various content types such as, but not limited to, e-learnings, AI initiatives, digital and video-clip learning tools, interactive guides, PDFs, and PPT presentations. Support the evolution of our retail and corporate training tools, partnering with the team to explore creative solutions to evolve dynamic, digital, and multifaceted content, including science-based solutions to improve learner retention. Assist the department in developing and executing design concepts for all training programs, adhering to Jimmy Choo brand standards while bringing fresh ideas and a new approach. Conduct market/competitive research and industry trends in graphic design, video editing, and social learning Assist with Ad Hoc training projects such as content for retail conferences and research for the department, as needed. Other administrative/coordination duties as assigned DEPARTMENT COORDINATION Coordination of the learning and development seasonal calendar, including Retail excellence, L&D, People Manager Community activities, and PROUD initiatives to provide a clear tool outline and training priorities. Support the department in measuring the outcomes, effectiveness, and return on investment of learning initiatives and coordination of the Global RX scorecard. Supporting the maintenance of CHOO HQ (Company intranet and evolving further learning management systems. Manage the L&D shared files and upkeep of the department training tool portfolio Close partnership and frequent liaisons with global L&D and the People team to gather learnings, insights, and feedback. Help to deliver initiatives and projects outside of day-to-day role which supports the people team and L&D global strategy. Participate in physical and virtual store visits where applicable to gain feedback and insights to support building a global best-in-class learning culture. Develop corporate stakeholder relationships to develop training needs analysis and solution-orientated learning strategies. Experience Required Minimum of 1 year of experience in design and content creation; retail is an advantage Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe applications Video content creation and editing skills Particular skills/knowledge required A high degree of creativity and out-of-the-box thinking. Genuine interest in the well-being and development needs of employees.
