What you’ll do: Working alongside the Global Communications Coordinator to support the Jimmy Choo Global Communications Team as well as providing support to the SVP and VP of Global PR and Communications. Key Responsibilities and Duties: Working alongside the Global Communications Coordinator to support the Jimmy Choo Global Communications Team as well as providing support to the SVP and VP of Global PR and Communications Seasonal Product Sample Coordination: Help collate the regional seasonal press orders working closely with Customer Services Support with delivery inventory and upload to Fashion GPS Support regional PR Offices with all samples and gifting inquires Support the Global PR Coordinator with photography of all products, labelling the Head Office image library Press Days and Marketing shoots: Pack and prepare sample shipments for all regional press days and track all packages to ensure timely delivery Support the marketing team with collating samples for seasonal Marketing and E-Commerce shoots Support the PR Assistant with clipping press coverage and collating press reports Support the PR Assistant on daily Editorial send outs and liaising with publications Sample Sale: Help coordinate and execute the Jimmy Choo sample sale General: Help with presentations and reports Assisting other departments as well as regional press offices with sample loans Skills, Experience and Qualifications: Graduate or student placement as part of degree course Strong interest in fashion and awareness for the industry Ability to prioritise and multi task Strong written communication Exceptional organisational skills Self-motivated and willing to help with physical tasks Ability to learn quickly and adaptable to fast paced environments Knowledge of Fashion GPS Knowledge of sending internal and external shipments (ie.
