Process Specialist

Location: This is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our Corby, London (Kings Cross) or Manchester Office.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Process Specialist to join our People Operational Excellence team.

What you will be doing: • Work to deliver an improved manager and employee interaction with the people team and make our colleagues’ jobs easier. • Optimise workflows hosted on People technology (case management, employee portal, document management,). • Manage the change requirements to service, process and system for the People Shared Services team. • Maintain and develop the operations dashboard, proactively analyse key metrics to make informed data driven decisions to enhance service, process and system. • Interact with managers and employees (our customers) in a personalised and timely way ensuring a great experience. • Actively contribute towards the development and continuous improvement of People Shared Services delivery. • Project delivery, including case management configuration, system demonstrations, UAT and operational readiness assessments for new processes. Support change management mitigation and training as necessary. • Provide project management for initiatives as assigned to support Operational Excellence Lead.

About you: • People process design and implementation, including process mapping and creation of standard operating procedures. • Ability to interpret and convert process maps into a system workflow. • Experience with case management/ticketing systems or other equivalent People systems essential. • Experience of People and Payroll related processes, policies and procedures, ideally in an international environment. • An aptitude to learn, curiosity to develop new skills and confidence to find the answers when you don’t know something. • Obsessed with delivering for the customer and improving their experiences at all points of contact with the People function. • Generates ideas, constantly strives to innovate and save time, cost or hand offs.
