What This Role Entails:

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be instrumental in delivering comprehensive HR support to designated client groups. This role is pivotal in shaping the employee experience and fostering a high-performing environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the delivery of day-to-day HR services, working in close coordination with the broader Human Resources team.
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and capabilities that enhance organizational performance through both individual employees and management.
  • Proactively identifying HR-related issues and formulating effective solutions.
  • Managing the employee lifecycle from an HR delivery perspective.
  • Partnering closely with business managers to expertly navigate and resolve Employee Relations (ER) issues, ensuring appropriate actions are taken and risks are meticulously assessed.
  • Collaborating with Human Resource Advisors (HRAs) and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to champion HR priorities and implement impactful HR solutions for client populations.
  • Coordinating and ensuring the seamless, end-to-end delivery of global HR initiatives and lifecycle processes.
  • Engaging with global HRAs and regional HR Generalists to guarantee consistent communication and effective deployment of HR solutions and processes.
  • Working in tandem with country HR partners to successfully execute regional HR activities.
  • Leading and initiating cross-Citi projects, and contributing to the development of new team members through training.
  • Demonstrating exceptional risk assessment skills when making business decisions, with a keen awareness of the firm's reputation, client interests, and asset protection. This includes a commitment to upholding applicable laws, rules, regulations, and company policies, while exercising sound ethical judgment in all personal conduct and business practices.
