If you enjoy working in a creative, fast-paced environment, then we would love to hear from you! — We have an exciting opportunity at Capri Holdings: Versace, Jimmy Choo & Michael Kors for an HRIS Analyst in our London office: Key Responsibilities: HR Reporting & Analytics Partner with HR teams to assess, prioritize, and deliver ad hoc reporting and analytics. Leverage Workday reporting framework and build reports as needed to fulfill new and reoccurring reporting requests. Create process documentation on how to fulfill reoccurring reporting requirements Design and build formula-driven Excel templates to assist HR with consolidating raw data. Support with researching HR talent trends and people analytics strategies. Create PowerPoint presentations and data visualizations to communicate results of analyses. Measure HR analytics for regulatory reporting (e.g., EEO, CSR, SEC 10-K), audit requests, and external survey participation. Provide project management and technical configuration support for internal employee surveys. Workday Support & Configuration Maintain the catalog of Workday reports ensuring accuracy and availability of reporting for stakeholders Audit Workday HR data for data integrity and regular maintenance Assist with managing and loading HR data into Workday (e.g., EIBs) Support efforts to configure, test, and deliver new Workday features and functionality Identify opportunities to enhance Workday processes to improve automation Requirements: At least 3 years relevant work experience, with demonstrated experience using Microsoft Excel Strong Microsoft Excel required (Excel test will be given) Strong critical thinking and ability to troubleshoot technical systems are essential Experience with relational data, systems, and/or coding Ability to manage large datasets Extremely detail-oriented and analytical Ability to research and problem solve independently Comfortable working with a remote team Excellent written and verbal communication skills — At Capri, we are all responsible for creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
