Contract Type: Maternity Cover for up to 12 months

Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week

Salary: £35,800.00 to £44,700.00 (National) £40,400.00 to £50,500.00 (London) dependent on your location, skills, knowledge and experience

Location: Any UK centre - hybrid working 2-3 days

1st stage interviews: 25/04 over Teams

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for creating transformational partnerships that change young lives? We’re looking for a dynamic and driven leader to step into a pivotal maternity cover role, spearheading our business development efforts across financial services, real estate, auto, and energy sectors. As part of our high-performing Corporate Fundraising team, you’ll be at the heart of securing innovative, high-value partnerships that help fund life-changing programmes for young people across the UK.

In this senior leadership position, you’ll lead a mini team to deliver a £1m+ income target, drive commercial growth, and shape sector strategies that align with The King’s Trust’s ambitious goals. You’ll work cross-organisationally and externally with influential stakeholders, using your negotiation skills and creativity to deliver bespoke opportunities that truly make an impact. If you thrive on building relationships, delivering results, and empowering a talented team, this is your chance to leave a lasting legacy while covering a vital leadership role.
