As the Head of Campus Learning & Curriculum, you'll play a pivotal role by overseeing the learning offerings and curriculum delivered through Bupa Campus, both in person and remotely. You'll ensure that learning outcomes align with business priorities and future skills, driving strategic learning initiatives to support campus and business goals. Your expertise will help create a world-class learner experience, fostering future capabilities, leadership effectiveness, personal growth, and a sense of pride and belonging. How you’ll help us make health happen: Lead the Campus Learning Team: Oversee the current and future curriculum and learning offerings. Advocate for Campus: Create a learning strategy that supports Campus and business ambitions, championing a global learning culture. Collaborate with Market Unit Leads: Ensure business needs are translated into the curriculum and campus roadmap. Develop a Dynamic Learning Curriculum: Create and execute a dynamic, robust learning curriculum and plan to support business needs and future capabilities, approaching learning needs as products from concept to reality. Demonstrate Learning Impact: Devise a strategy for demonstrating the impact of learning using data and use this data to inform and iterate the learning plan and measure effectiveness. Manage Learning Budget: Ensure a constructive decision-making process to bridge the gap between expectations and available funding. Coach and Lead the Campus Learning Team: Across the full spectrum of learning delivery from scope to evaluation, providing clarity on performance expectations and scale of ambitions. Bring Thought Leadership: Offer guidance on the latest learning innovations and external best practices. Manage External Suppliers and Partnerships: Support learning strategy, co-create content where required. Key Skills/Qualifications needed for this role: Curriculum design and strategy Expertise in designing and implementing a learning strategy that increased the capability and performance Proven delivery of digital content experience and digital learning experience Experience of managing a learning budget Experience of managing large scale learning programmes, from concept to implementation Experience of engaging, influencing and managing senior stakeholders- can influence a diverse range of stakeholders both in terms of seniority and profession Experience in leading a data-led learning team with clear goals and measures of success Deep understanding of how learning works with demonstrable thought leadership Proven experience in thinking strategically to ‘connect the dots’ between activity in the learning sphere with wider business & campus priorities Conflict management and negotiation skills Experience of working in a large, matrixed organisation (desirable).
