Newly created position to lead Lloyd Claims Operations in pursuit of operational efficiency; designed to maximise the focus on value add activities, through the right infrastructure and access to the right information. This is a leadership role driving innovation relating to the advancement of data, technology and reporting capability, whilst forging partnerships across the market and with regulators to ensure we have robust and innovative processes and the highest possible data quality to ensure effective strategic decisions. You will need to be a strategic thinker, with an appetite for change and improvement to deliver the key accountabilities: Develop and implement solutions to areas already identified as requiring efficiency improvement. Continue to scan ongoing team activities to ensure we are working smart, and in conjunction with Director of Claims, that the Target Operating Model continues to evolve. Decide which areas of innovation to pursue in conjunction with Innovation lead, including preparedness of Claims for the delivery of BluePrint2. Lead the data improvement initiative for Claims. Project manage initiatives relating to the delivery of: Claims strategy; maintain and evolve the Efficient Resource Model; analyse the end-to-end process to encourage stakeholders, including Managing Agents and brokers, to shorten the cycle and build attraction of the Lloyd platform. Manage and report on delivery of objectives, budgets, projects. Oversee all outsource/vendor relations. Ensure all processes are efficient, documented and understood, including liaison with other functions, creating reciprocal data flows and forums for intelligence sharing. Liaise with market representatives (LMA, LIIBA and Ops head in MAs) on operational initiatives. Manage all regulator relationships (including Lloyd Europe), ensuring all requirements are met, documenting all regulatory processes and evidence to adherence.
