What you’ll be doing: Leading our culture and DEI strategy across the business, aligned to our strategic priorities Championing inclusion, engagement, and values-led leadership at every level Designing and delivering initiatives, campaigns, and learning experiences that bring our values to life Shaping and leading our employee engagement approach – including listening strategies, surveys, and action planning Empowering our employee networks and acting as a key contact for DEI partnerships and bodies Using insights, feedback, and external benchmarks to measure progress and drive continuous improvement What we’re looking for: A proven leader in culture, engagement, or DEI with experience in operational or unionised environments Confident working with senior leaders to shape behaviour, influence mindsets and embed change Strong storytelling, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills Analytical thinker who uses data to drive action and demonstrate impact Passionate about building a workplace that fair, inclusive and high performing Why choose Stagecoach?
