Head of Cyber Programme & Delivery National: £110,000 - £140,000 / London: £120,000 - £160,000 The Head of Cyber Programme & Delivery is responsible for maintaining the Cyber Security team's portfolio of work and ensuring the interlocking of delivery between the Cyber Security team and other business teams. This role oversees the delivery and execution of all Cyber Security change work, defining and delivering cyber security change programmes, and managing the delivery of security services into business change projects. A bit about the job: We are seeking a highly experienced individual to join our Group Cyber Security leadership team as the Head of Cyber Programme & Delivery. Reporting directly to the Group CISO, you will be responsible for maintaining the Cyber Security team's portfolio of work and ensuring the interlocking of delivery between the Cyber Security team and other business teams. Your role will involve overseeing the delivery and execution of all Cyber Security change work, defining and delivering cyber security change programmes, and managing the delivery of security services into business change projects. Lead and inspire a diverse team of security and project management professionals Own the delivery of the security transformation and change portfolio Coordinate with security, technology, and business stakeholders to prioritise and evangelise programmes. Oversee the planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity projects Maintain a comprehensive cyber transformation strategy and multi-year roadmap Interlock the engagement of cyber security resources in business change projects. Lead cyber security M&A due diligence and integration activity Skills and experience weâre looking for: Proven leadership and team management skills Extensive experience in programme management, including planning, executing, and delivering complex projects Strong track record in managing security change initiatives and driving continuous improvement Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic skills to identify and mitigate security risks effectively.
