Collaborate with the business, industry, and regulators to ensure effective incident management. Support senior executives in discharging their duties during critical incidents. Lead Group Investigations, investigating insider activity and cases of colleagues involved in external criminal activity. Ensure we apply a strong learning lens to all our incidents and investigations. Incident Management within Financial Services would be preferred. Proven experience in leading and influencing at a senior level, up to and including Board. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and simplify complex processes. Demonstrated ability to lead and influence large teams both directly and pan-group to achieve strong outcomes and delivery. Innovative growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
