Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week

Salary: £45,000.00 to £51,000.00 dependent on location and experience

Location: London (Hybrid - 2-3 days per week in the office, with occasional travel overseas)

King’s Trust International is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing to elevate our brand, expand our global reach, and engage key stakeholders in our mission to empower young people worldwide. As we mark our 10th anniversary, this is a pivotal moment to shape the future of an internationally respected charity. With major campaigns launching and high-profile events such as the King’s Trust Awards and Goodwood Partnership, we need a visionary leader to craft compelling stories, drive impactful campaigns, and amplify our presence across multiple platforms.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Communications & External Affairs, you will develop and execute a marketing strategy that resonates globally while staying true to our heritage. Your work will span multi-platform campaigns, digital engagement, content creation, and brand management, ensuring a consistent and powerful message. You will collaborate with teams across Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the UK, and the USA, while leading a high-performing marketing team and managing key external partnerships. Creativity, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to work at pace will be essential.
