A role with real purpose As Head of Proposition, youâll lead the development of our Customer Value Proposition (CVP), creating customer journeys that are simple, intuitive, and inclusive, both on and off the bus. Your work will make a genuine difference to how our customers feel when they travel with us. Youâll help coordinate cross-functional teams, bringing together ideas, data and feedback to deliver improvements that feel easy, seamless, and supportive.
