Head of Transformation Delivery National Salary Circa £100,000 London Salary Circa £120,000 We have fantastic opportunity for a Head of Transformation Delivery to join our dynamic and customer centric team. This is a great job for someone who is passionate about creating a step change in customer experience and enjoys the challenges of delivering large complex initiatives. A bit about the job: Within the role you will support key pivotal initiatives within the C&M portfolio, initially focused on delivering digital Wellbeing services. Reporting to the C&M Transformation Director, you will be embedded into the strategic initiative to work alongside the Executive and Operational Sponsor, ensuring effective change delivery. You will lead and manage a substantial cross-functional team, ensuring the programme is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role is essential for delivering a core element of our One Aviva strategy, to drive greater customer engagement through easy to access, value add services embedded in our main customer MyAviva platform Skills and experience we’re looking for: Proven experience managing multi-year, complex programmes to time and budget. Success in building high performing cross functional programme teams and managing a broad stakeholder set. Adept at reporting key messages into senior stakeholder forums. Ability to transition between managing day-to-day priorities and continuing to drive the long-term strategic outlook. Good balance of business acumen, customer focus and technical experience in customer-facing and operational/back-end platforms. Experience working with third-party suppliers, including contracting, delivery management, and ongoing performance management.
