About the role: This role will lead the development and implementation of the global marketing programs promoting all CS products which are offered to clinicians on an individual basis. The role will work with the product marketing, the e-commerce, commercial and digital teams to create compelling marketing programs raising awareness of our solutions and driving subscription revenue. Responsibilities: Individual Clinician Marketing Strategy: Lead the development of the D2C marketing strategy considering user and regional preferences to drive user traffic and subscriptions to meet our business goals. Messaging Development: Refine global brand narratives and value propositions for individual clinicians to educate and promote the value of our solutions in providing patient care. Marketing Programs: Execute multi-dimensional marketing programs using conventional tactics such as content marketing and specific consumer tactics such as influencer marketing to drive traffic and engagement on the e-commerce site. Global Brand Alignment: Partner with regional marketing teams to adapt the D2C programs for local markets while maintaining global consistency. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing, sales, and corporate communications teams to ensure brand cohesion across all customer touchpoints. Customer Insights: Utilize market research and customer insights to continually enhance our market position Regulatory compliance: Work with legal and regulatory stakeholders to ensure all tactics and outward communication is aligned with regulatory guidelines. Requirements: Experience in B2B and B2C marketing programs in the healthcare industry. Proven ability to develop marketing programs to drive demand in global markets Experience in developing messaging for buyer personas. Dynamic, motivating, and entrepreneurial minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines. Proactive mentality with curiosity and desire to learn.
