This job puts good food on the table.As a Hospitality Coordinatorat Sodexo in Royal Stoke Hospital, Stoke-On-Trent ST4 6QG, you will help with the preparation and serving of our vibrant menu whilst ensuring all working areas are kept clean and tidy. You belong in a team where you can act with purpose and thrive in your own way.What youll do:Support food prep and storage in line with specifications and Sodexo standardsEnsure a safe working environment for staff and guestsAdhere to personal hygiene and uniform standards per Sodexo policyDeliver high customer service, using feedback and survey resultsOperate and declare the till, ensuring accurate revenue captureAttend monthly training, appraisals, and competency checksMaintain stock rotation to minimize waste and spoilageUpsell products and assist with management duties for smooth operationsWhat you bring:Previous experience in a fast-paced customer facing food/retail business also food preparation and service experienceLevel 2 Food Safety preferableExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, clients, and staff at all levels as well as good numeracy skills.Good time management and organisational skills, ability to work well under pressurePositive approach to learning in role and identifying own training needs as appropriateSelf-motivatedAbility to work effectively as part of a teamWhat we offer:Working with Sodexo is more than a job; its a chance to be part of something greater.
