- Lead with Purpose: Serve as the primary point of contact for IT queries, tackling IT-related problems and questions from various business teams and external customers. This role involves collaborating with multiple IT support desks, broadening your network and problem-solving skills.
- Ensure Compliance and Expertise: Actively contribute to IT project delivery for the site. You will become a subject matter expert (SME), providing essential end-user support to facilitate the effective use of IT resources.

- Industry Experience: Previous experience in an IT Analyst role within the logistics industry, with a strong background in business systems support in an operational environment or within an IT service management team.
- Essential Technical Skills: Proven experience with Blue Yonder WMS is essential. Experience with SQL will be a significant advantage.
