Key Responsibilities and Opportunities:

• Drive Performance: Play a crucial role in the successful delivery of IT solutions by coordinating with central IT functions and site operational teams. You'll be instrumental in local change management and incident coordination, ensuring seamless operations.
• Innovate and Maintain: Contribute to the upkeep of existing IT applications while actively participating in site changes and release management, utilizing predefined tools and processes.
• Lead with Purpose: Serve as the primary point of contact for IT queries, tackling IT-related problems and questions from various business teams and external customers. This role involves collaborating with multiple IT support desks, broadening your network and problem-solving skills.
• Ensure Compliance and Expertise: Actively contribute to IT project delivery for the site. You will become a subject matter expert (SME), providing essential end-user support to facilitate the effective use of IT resources.

What Will Set You Apart:

• Industry Experience: Previous experience in an IT Analyst role within the logistics industry, with a strong background in business systems support in an operational environment or within an IT service management team.
• Essential Technical Skills: Proven experience with Blue Yonder WMS is essential. Experience with SQL will be a significant advantage.
• Passion and Enthusiasm: A genuine passion for IT and an eagerness to learn and grow are paramount.
• Technical Acumen: Experience in maintaining technical IT systems or applications is highly desirable.
• Customer Focus: Demonstrated experience in managing internal customers effectively.
