A bit about the job: As an IT Change Delivery Associate, you will support the team by aligning with Agile values, principles, and frameworks. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the team productivity by providing clarity in business requirements and expectations, ensuring change delivery compliance, removing obstacles, and collaborating with the team to organize workloads. You will drive efficiency through a culture of continuous improvement, automation, learning, and transparency. We are looking for a confident and trusted delivery associate who can work in partnership with business product owners and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes. Skills and experience we’re looking for: Promoting a healthy team culture, managing team dynamics and fostering a continuous improvement environment.
