The University of Worcester is seeking a proactive and motivated IT Client Computing Apprentice to join our dynamic ICT team.

What you’ll be doing:
As part of the Client Computing team, you'll support staff and students by:
Responding to IT support requests via our Service Desk toolManaging your own workload and keeping users informed of progressAdministering user accounts and services (Active Directory, Azure AD, Office 365, Teams, Intune, and Exchange)Remotely configuring devices using Microsoft and Apple toolsPerforming basic network troubleshooting and delivering equipment to usersWorking collaboratively across IT teams to ensure excellent service deliveryWhat we’re looking for:

Passionate about IT and eager to develop technical skillsComfortable in a customer-facing role with a professional and helpful approachClear and confident communicators, both in writing and in personOrganised, calm under pressure, and able to meet deadlinesFamiliar with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)Flexible to work across a 7-day rota (08:00–19:00) and at various University sitesPhysically able to lift and carry equipment as part of the roleEssential Requirements:
