Job Description Image Resource Engineer – Industrial Photographer Full time Derby What you will be doing An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Industrial Photographer (Image Resource Engineer) to join the Rolls-Royce Image Resource department. You will be expected to have expertise and experience in Digital Photography: covering Industrial, Commercial, Technical, Studio, Events, Portraiture, People and High Magnification. All using the latest techniques in studio and location lighting. The Image Resource department are a small team of analytical imaging and creative experts that provide inspired and innovative solutions to any imaging requirement within Rolls-Royce plc. Responsibilities Working with the team, using industry standard Adobe software: Lightroom, Photoshop and Illustrator Required to undertake work at other facilities across the UK and globally. This could be periods of up to three weeks at a time Project manage your own work, communicating directly with the customer. Be practical in terms of rigging/installation and operating photographic equipment as well as image capture and editing Be confident in communicating with our customers, suppliers and peers Learn other Imaging Techniques when required on the job What we are looking for Degree in Photography, Digital Media or an equivalent relative subject Be accredited with a minimum Associateship of the BIPP or RPS Experience in one or more of the following: Video Production, High Speed Analytical video imaging (up to 18,000fps), Thermography, 3D scanning or Graphic Design Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud We are an equal opportunities employer.
