We are looking to appoint an Interim Pro-Vice-Chancellor for the Faculty of Engineering starting on 1 November 2024. Reporting to the Interim Provost and Deputy Vice-Chancellor and working closely with colleagues on the University Executive Board (UEB), you will provide strategic leadership to the Faculty and wider university.
You will lead strategic and operational planning in the Faculty. You will work collaboratively with academic and professional services, as well as with our overseas campuses in China and Malaysia. You will also have line management responsibility for the Heads of Department and the Faculty Associate pro-Vice-Chancellors.
You will work with senior colleagues locally and across the University to support the delivery of world-changing research, excellent teaching, and an outstanding student experience.
This is a great opportunity for you to work closely with the Interim Pro-Vice-Chancellor and UEB to contribute to the strategic function of the university.
