Internal sales - Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Sales Management: Process customer orders efficiently, manage sales inquiries, and follow up on leads to convert them into sales. Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range to provide accurate information and advice to customers. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the branch team to ensure smooth operations and achieve sales targets. Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer issues promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
