  • Delivering accredited Offending Behaviour Programmes (e.g., Building Choices, Pillars of Recovery) and non-accredited programmes (e.g., ‘Timewise’).
  • Conducting assessment interviews to gauge suitability and motivation for programmes.
  • Collaborating with various prison departments (Offender Management Unit, Healthcare, etc.) to foster a rehabilitative culture.
  • Attending and engaging in ongoing training, supervision, and workshops for continuous professional development.
  • Producing participant progress reports and participating in multi-agency meetings.
  • Managing administrative tasks related to programme referrals, waiting lists, and attendance.
