What Youll Do as a Keylines Analyst In your role, youll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Heres a flavour of your day-to-day: Team up with our Sourcing Coordinator to keep Keylines meetings and critical path activities on track.Gather and process data for eAuctions and face-to-face negotiations.Ensure all info is ready for designing and building eAuctions on time.Help run eAuctions, send invites, and provide post-eAuction documentation.Prepare and process reports to keep an eye on financial results, supplier business levels, and monthly capacity. What Youll Bring Here at Primark, we want everyone to feel valued – so please bring your authentic self to work, of course with some other key experience and abilities for this role in particular: Experience in retail, fashion, or as a Trainee/Assistant Merchandiser is a plus.Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numbers.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook; experience with Tableau and eAuction platforms is a bonus.Excellent administrative, organisational, and communication skills (both written and verbal).Ability to manage workload, prioritise tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
