You'll be responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness within the kitchen and food & beverage preparation areas. You belong in a team where you can act with purpose and thrive in your own way.What youll do:Washing allcrockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils and equipment, food service equipment.Ensuring that the following are kept clean and tidy and to a very high standard:Floors & Walls,Bins – inside and out, Crushing and disposal of cardboard and boxes, Fridges & Freezers (with assistance of chefs), Delivery areas.Maintain cleanliness and safety of working areas.To be aware of and to adhere to all health and safety, fire, hygiene and COSHH regulations governing the work you are undertaking and to ensure the correct chemicals/detergents are always used.Report all accidents (and near misses) to theChef.To report any shortages in equipment or chemicals to theSupervisorWhat you bring:Positive attitude, professionalism, and respect for othersBasic food-handling skillsBe physically able to lift heavy items and work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)No previous work experience required.What we offer:Working with Sodexo is more than a job; its a chance to be part of something greater.
