The Role As a Lead Document Controller, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Where you’ll be managing the Document Control Team, directly supporting the delivery of a number of significant work streams; both internally and externally within the supply chain.

Day-to-day, you’ll be leading a team and will be project lead for all document control matters.

Main responsibilities

Be the document control 'subject matter adviser' providing ongoing support and guidance across the project Define and implement local project document control arrangements to ensure the protection and control of information, ensuring it is available, accurate, complete and secure. Advisor on Cavendish Nuclear and customer document control requirements Liaise with other functions to ensure the effective integration of Information Management across the programme e.g. engineering. Accurate and timely reporting on document control performance and the status of the project

This role is full time , 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 2 days in the office/onsite and 3 days working from home.

Experience required of the Lead Document Controller

Have a proven track record in a senior document control role and ideally management of a team. Experience of using and managing an EDM System. Knowledge of Information Management standards e.g. ISO 15489, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 23081. (Desirable)
