We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Lead Mechanical Engineer Building Services to join our team and play a key role in the upkeep of a brand new Campus for a Global leading Organisation.About the RoleYou'll be responsible for the upkeep of the Mechanical Services at our Fabulous Corporate Client site. Working at their Brand New State of the art Campus, you'll get to know the building and it's Mechanical Services and ensure they are kept serviced and running. You'll be responsible for one other member of staff within your team and attend Out of Hours call outs when required. You'll be the face of our Mechanical Services Team on site, interacting with the client, internal stakeholders and sub contractors.What Were Looking ForMinimum of Level 2 plumbing or equivalent Mechanical qualificationExperience in a mechanical building environment.Experience of PPM and reactive maintenance tasksSupervision of specialist sub-contractorsUndertake routine maintenance and ensure that systems are maintained to the appropriate standard as defined by relevant regulation and best practiceCarry out like for like asset replacement and minor new works as directed.Ability to communicate.Competent at using Microsoft Office packages eg Excel/Word/OutlookWhat We OfferA competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A supportive and inclusive work environment.The chance to make a difference in [specific impact area, e.g., client satisfaction, sustainability, or operational excellence].What we offer:Working with Sodexo is more than a job; its a chance to be part of something greater.
