Key Considerations for Your Career Path:

• Experience Requirements: A proven track record in managing construction projects, specifically involving substation works up to 132kV (with a mandatory 33kV component), is essential. Familiarity with contract management, particularly NEC3 contracts, and the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015) will be highly beneficial.
• Educational Background: While an engineering qualification is preferred, a recognised qualification in construction safety and project management would be advantageous and can significantly strengthen your application.
