Job title: Lead Recruiter Job Description: What you’ll be doing: Interviewing candidates and working consultatively to support them throughout their bespoke recruitment journey Attending and leading attraction events to raise candidate awareness of Army careers and working with educational providers to promote awareness of careers within the Army Assessing, interpreting and reporting data Managing relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders Maintaining awareness of current market trends to inform all recruitment activities Using the latest social media tools to attract and engage with candidates What we’re looking for: Commercial knowledge/experience, would be ideal Strong administration skills Stakeholder management with strong relationship building experience A self-starter, with a driven and motivated attitude Experienced in working to set targets and following processes Strong negotiator with people influencing skills About Recruiting Partnering Project (RPP): At Capita Recruiting Partnering Project, we’re transforming the British Army recruitment service.
