We are seeking a highly skilled Technical App Specialist with background in Pega Development for Commercial Chief Information Office (CIO), within the Client Servicing & Engagement (CSE) platform. As Lead Technical Application Specialist you will: Lead the architecture and design of micro journeys, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Pega solutions with other systems and technologies, actively participating in coding and development tasks. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and developers, leading by example with hands-on coding and problem-solving. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Pega, microservices, and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Pega architecture, microservices, cloud and a comprehensive understanding of the wider technological landscape. Lead the architecture and design of microservices, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. Previous experience providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and developers Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards through direct involvement. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, taking a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Experience in the full software development lifecycle, including hands-on development. Demonstrate and apply exemplary software practices and skills in addition to mentoring our more junior team members. And any experience of these would be really useful: Experience in designing and working with Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), ensuring efficient and compliant client onboarding and management processes. Proficiency in working with Pega's Decisioning framework, implementing advanced decision strategies and leveraging predictive analytics to enhance business outcomes. Knowledge of Pega Constellation and its implementation, applying modern UX design principles to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
