We’re hiring a Lead Technical Architect to work on a 4-month Fixed Term contract ideally from our London office – NW1, however we will consider other locations throughout the UK. Role Purpose The purpose of this role is to work within a Transformation programme to review, assess and design for technology needs in order to recommend and put in place technology and platforms that will streamline workflow to meet the needs of the planned future state of the Media Practice area. Key responsibilities: Understand technology needs based on Media process analysis in order to define appropriate strategy to deliver potential system solutions / specifications Deploy function technical, automation, AI knowledge to plan and design the structure of appropriate technology/ platform solutions Communicate system requirements to relevant development teams Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods Collaborate with the wider project team to deliver technology solutions changes and embedding/ learning Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure Address technical concerns, ideas and suggestions Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals, ensuring delivery of solutions that offer efficiency & usability Skills/Qualifications Proven experience in Technical Architecture, technology implementation and/ or Project Management Understanding of strategic IT solutions Experience in project management and service-oriented architecture (SOA) Knowledge of selected coding languages (e.g. JavaScript, C#) Familiarity with various operating systems (e.g. Windows, UNIX) and databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle) Experience in cloud technologies (e.g. VMware) Keen understanding of Media platforms available in the market & ability to assess relevance for dentsu Excellent communication skills Problem-solving aptitude What we offer This is a 4 month Fixed Term contract role to start from on 1/7/2025. The team is based in offices across the UK and in Chennai, India and operate under flexible working arrangements and are in the office 2-3 days per week.
