Our L&D team are currently looking for a home-based Administrator who will provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including, managing the sunrise service desk, being the first port of call for the L&D team. You will carry out training course and event administration tasks like submitting attendance, processing invoices, and monitoring workday learning activity. Dealing with enquiries, booking venues and trainers etc. As well as great admin skills, possibly gained in a training or educational environment, youâll need a proven ability to use computer databases and the communication skills to deal effectively with telephone enquiries. Youâll also have good keyboard and word processing skills. Comfortable working to deadlines, sometimes when under pressure, youâre great at maintaining efficient office and information systems too. What more, you have a good understanding of the need for confidentiality, enjoy developing strong working relationships and are willing to travel to meetings and events when required. This role is Home based with occasional travel for face-to-face meeting which may include London, Birmingham etc. May consider 30 hours per week. This is a fixed-term post that ends on September March 2025. There is flexibility for the post-holder to work 37.5 hours per week and flexible working hours can be discussed.
