The Post

We currently have several posts available. Please note that staff appointed at the Medway Campus will not receive London weighting allowance.

We are seeking to appoint experienced paramedic practitioners/educators who will have a commitment to contributing to the university’s excellence in teaching and learning. We welcome applications from experienced paramedics who are keen to develop their role as educators, having developed teaching and assessing skills through a practice assessor or equivalent role. This opportunity is open to Paramedics with broad practitioner experience and/or teaching experience in a higher education institute and is registered with the HCPC. As a lecturer you will play a key role in facilitating teaching and learning, and research and knowledge exchange across our Paramedic Science provision and provide an excellent student experience in a variety of formats, where diversity, inclusivity and equality are celebrated. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated team player and in return we will support you through continued professional development.

The Person

You will have a passion for education, thrive on seeing students succeed, have ambition and an inquiring mind.
