We are currently seeking a Lecturer/ Senior Lecturer in Nursing and a Lecturer/ Senior Lecturer in Child Nursing.

CSS578 – Lecturer/ Senior Lecturer in Nursing – Permanent, Full-time at 1.0 FTE

CSS350 – Lecturer/ Senior Lecturer in Nursing – Permanent, Part-time at 0.6 FTE

Lecturer salary from £37,099 per annum (will be pro rata for part-time posts)

Senior Lecturer salary from £42,978 per annum (will be pro rata for part-time posts)

 Are you a registered Nurse, looking for the next step in your career?

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our established team of academics to teach across our Nursing and Nursing Associate Portfolio. We are keen to recruit a child field nurse to develop child and young people education within our pre-registration programmes.

For a Lecturer post, we are looking for a nurse with a first degree, who is interested in developing a career in the field of nurse education. Whilst a teaching qualification is not essential, you will need to commit to completing one if you are successful.

For a Senior Lecturer post, we are looking for a nurse with a Masters qualification and teaching qualification, with experience of teaching in higher education. 

The School of Health and Care Sciences is growing rapidly with over 1700 students across a range of undergraduate, post-graduate degrees, post registration continuous professional development, and apprenticeship programmes. We also have a vibrant interprofessional research community lead by Professors whose focus is to enhance people’s health and wellbeing and to reduce health inequalities, with focuses on primary care, rural health and ageing. We are committed to inter-professional and collaborative working in teaching and research. The successful candidate will join a strong leadership team who strongly support the University’s civic mission and ensure that the School’s work contributes to the enhancement of the health and social wellbeing of people across Lincolnshire and further afield.
