A bit about the job: Youâll be part of the Aviva Capital Partners legal team, which sits within Aviva wider Group Legal function. Your role will involve providing legal advice across a range of investments, including real estate acquisitions and development, infrastructure projects, and asset management. Youâll also advise on governance, corporate finance, and general corporate matters affecting the business. This is a hands-on role where youâll work closely with senior stakeholders, external advisers, and business leaders. Youâll gain exposure to strategic decision-making within a FTSE 100 financial institution while collaborating with a close-knit legal team. Skills and experience weâre looking for: Qualified lawyer with post-qualified experience in a leading firm and/or financial institution. Strong knowledge of corporate, real estate, or asset management law. Ability to anticipate legal risks and provide commercially focused solutions. Proactive, strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders up to board level.
