We currently have exciting opportunities forLineTrainers to join the team in Thetford.The hours of work and shift patterns is Nights 18.00 - 06.00 on a 4on, 4off rotation basis.The rateof pay is £13.80per hour (+10% night shift allowance between 10pm - 6am)Introduce and integrate new colleagues into 2SFG Thetford supporting the first 8 weeks of employmentProvide new starters with the necessary knowledge and skills for competency in job roleMaintain the standard in terms of site rules, PPE, H&S, work practices, and encourage positive behavioursIncrease retention rate and reduce labour turnover
