Build and maintain working relationships between the client and Bilfinger team to ensure effective communication and understanding of materials and logistics activities throughout the project activities. Responsible for all movement of materials from receiving stock from vendors and Bilfinger’s fabrication shop to delivery of stock to the point of need on the site in a safe, timely and precise manner. Maintain and update all material documentation, e.g. quality and stock records are up to date and are accurate at all times. Identify and manage with any stock discrepancies, material quality issues and late with external parties ensuring resolution of issues and mitigating potential project delays and costs. Identify and develop improvements to the effective management of stock and movement to ensure seamless, just in time logistics activity. Manage Stores personnel to ensure all materials stores and logistics activities are achieved in line with project requirements Demonstrate good housekeeping and safe working practices at all time to ensure all Stores and logistics personnel adhere to HSE Regulations in all work areas Manage and ensure the maintenance of Plant & Equipment to ensure safe use at all times.
