The Team Leader is responsible for the direct supervision of the factory team and focuses on upholding a high standard for quality and EHS (environment, health & safety).

What you’ll do:

Direct and delegate workload for the team, ensuring all daily and weekly objectives are met. Conduct quality checks and audits to ensure all products are in line with established Quality Procedures. Authorise completed check sheets and stillage sheets for dispatch. Conduct end-of-shift checks, to include maintenance of equipment, a survey of work completed vs. yet to action, and ensuring all EHS standards are maintained. As a designated key holder, uphold the safety and security at the factory.

What you’ll bring:

Secondary vocational education or equivalent experience. Demonstrable leadership and supervisory experience in a similar field or environment. Experience working within the manufacturing or construction industry.
