WHAT TO EXPECT

We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to join our team and support our Mild Hybrid Electric Vehicle (MHEV) propulsion systems. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology, solve complex problems, and contribute to the future of sustainable transportation.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and resolving MHEV system-related issues across our global customer base. You will have the chance to collaborate with forward model development teams, define new areas for quality improvement, and provide invaluable support to dealers and internal problem-solving teams. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage IQM projects from problem statement to root cause, corrective action, implementation, and prevention of recurrence. Lead root cause investigation activities using tools such as Is/Is Not, 5 Whys, Scope Analysis, statistical quality data analysis, and physical validation tests. Direct design decisions for MHEV systems to address customer complaints related to design or quality. Ensure precision, control, and integrity in all problem-solving steps, making decisions based on evidence-based engineering principles. Communicate project status and progression clearly to senior management.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Experience with Hybrid Systems fault finding and development or testing. Experience of working in Engineering facilities, rig environments and vehicle testing Engineering experience of MHEV Propulsion systems/ integration Understanding of design and validation principles on MHEV systems and components. Experience in Power Electronics application/ integration Powertrain System & Technical issue management experience
