Are you ready to lead and inspire change across a global operations network? As the Maintenance Excellence Deployment Manager, youll drive the development and execution of cutting-edge asset care strategies that maximize performance, reliability, and cost efficiency across Imperial Brands factories worldwide. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of maintenance practices, deploy innovative technologies, and lead transformative programs that enhance machine availability and operational excellence.

Youll champion the implementation of autonomous, preventive, and predictive maintenance initiatives, working closely with diverse teams and stakeholders to deliver impactful improvements. Your strategic vision and leadership will play a key role in aligning our asset care strategies with the organizations long-term goals.

Principle Accountabilities

Develop and execute forward-thinking asset care strategies that align with business goals and industry best practices. Collaborate with regional teams and global stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of asset care initiatives across multiple locations. Define and track KPIs to measure the success of maintenance programs and identify areas for optimization. Identify and integrate emerging technologies to enhance maintenance processes, including predictive analytics and automation. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by sharing knowledge and driving process optimization across the asset care network. Proactively identify risks to asset reliability and implement strategic maintenance solutions to mitigate them.

Skills and Experience Required

Proven experience in developing and deploying global maintenance strategies within complex manufacturing environments. Expertise in autonomous, preventive, and predictive maintenance practices. A track record of successfully leading large-scale change initiatives across diverse teams and geographies. Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills to inspire cross-functional collaboration. The ability to drive technological innovation and process automation to deliver measurable improvements. Fluency in English is essential
