Purpose of the JobTo be the main Sodexo site contact for all Technical PPMs & Reactive WorksTo be the hands on first point of contact engineer on siteTo escort and liaise with Sodexo contractors attending the site for any worksEnvironmental, Health & Safety compliance in all activities5. 2. Main assignmentsTo be the main Technical contact and hands on engineer for the site, including client liaisonFirst line responder to any site M&E work ordersCarry out minor adaptations to the environment, i.e., putting up shelves, notice boards, soap dispensers, etc Minor touch up decoration and refurbishmentMinor plumbing works (unblock sinks, toilets and drains, repair leaks, fit new tap washers, replace ballcocks)Building fabric repairs, i.e. tiling, ceiling tiles, flooring etcAdjust doors, tighten hinges, change or fit locks and door closuresProviding technical advice and suggestions for improvements on siteCoordinating with external contractors and internal teams for repair and maintenance worksAssist other service lines (front of house/ security/ cleaning/ catering) where requiredBe proactive to identify and report faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolveAny other duties as required2. 3.
