The role As a Maintenance System Operator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency through expert support and innovative service improvements.

Day-to-day, you’ll facilitate timely work delivery by supporting service teams with Work Order systems.

Manage procurement of spares, consumables, and office supplies. Enhance maintenance tracking for efficient customer service. Provide administrative support and compile data for reporting. Identify and implement improvements to boost service efficiency and quality.

This role is full time, 37 hours per week with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 15:30, located in Sellafield, Cumbria.

Essential experience of the Maintenance System Operator:

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Experienced in service delivery environments. Experience in document control. Familiarity with SAP.

Qualifications for the Maintenance System Operator:

A minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C or above in English, a Science subject, and Maths is required.

Security Clearance
