  • Problem Solving & Process Improvement: Proactively identify reporting gaps and data inaccuracies, propose solutions, and manage ad hoc requests to support critical in-quarter decisions.
  • Metric Standardization: Ensure consistency and thorough documentation of metric definitions, fostering trust and repeatability in reporting.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data and dashboard developers, providing feedback to support their roadmap. Partner with Sales and Product to align on shared metrics and articulate Marketing's impact. Collaborate with Finance to reconcile spend, validate assumptions, and inform planning with ROI and forecast insights.
