+impact is seeking a strategic and hands-on marketing professional to drive brand development, thought leadership, and market engagement. As Marketing & Communications Manager, you will be responsible for amplifying the +impact brand, executing marketing strategies, and supporting business growth through lead generation and content creation.

+impact is a specialised advisory business within the Serco Group, dedicated to delivering purpose-driven consulting services with a strong focus on the public sector and regulated industries. As a bespoke offer and internal brand of Serco, +impact operates with the agility and innovation of a start-up while benefiting from the extensive resources, networks, and career opportunities that come with being part of a global organisation. Our mission is to lead projects that address the challenges of where and how we work, as well as how we travel, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with sustainable and socially responsible practices.

What you’ll do:

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Evolve +Impact’s brand positioning, messaging, and identity to align with market trends and business priorities. Create compelling content, including thought leadership, reports, and case studies, to engage target audiences. Lead digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO, paid media, and social media campaigns. Oversee PR, media, and event marketing strategies to raise brand awareness and credibility. Support business development and sales enablement through targeted marketing campaigns and materials. Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to refine marketing approaches. Manage the marketing budget to ensure activities align with business objectives.

What you’ll need:

Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally within professional services, advisory, or consulting. Strong expertise in brand development, lead generation, and digital marketing. Exceptional content creation, storytelling, and copywriting skills. Experience with CRM, marketing automation, SEO, and data analytics tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a hands-on approach. Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.

What we offer:

+impact offers a competitive salary and benefits package, along with the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and purpose-driven organisation. This role provides significant career development opportunities, both within the +impact team and the broader Serco Group, ensuring your long-term growth and progression. You’ll have the opportunity to work on an international assignment with global mobility support and be part of a fast-growing consultancy.
