Merch Admin AssistantAre you a self-starter ready to pursue your first job in fashion? We're looking for a highly-organised Merchandising Admin Assistant to help our Clothing & Home team get the right product to the right stores at the right time for our customers. You'll play a key role in this fast-paced and demanding environment, supporting your team with a variety of demanding administrative tasks. You'll be able to work autonomously and with others, digging into the data and analysing the numbers to help us make the right decisions. You’ll be confident to work across a number of complex IT systems to deliver the most fashionable ranges to our customers however they want to shop with us. If you’re highly organised, obsessed with numbers, ready to tackle a challenging role in fashion and eager to learn, this could be the perfect role for you.

To stay close to customers, we expect our support teams to come into the office three days a week. We think that learning comes from working alongside each other, and that spending time with our teams makes us more creative and connected. It also means we can solve problems as soon as they arise, build trust, and get closer to our colleagues.

What you’ll do

Your key accountabilities will include:

High levels of administration including sales, data and trend analysis, running daily sales reports, maintaining departmental records and handling PO processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of stock. Working closely with the Merchandiser and Assistant Merchandiser to respond to various ad-hoc administration requests. Learning and owning internal IT systems to maintain accurate data through meticulous mapping. Assisting in managing catalogues and creating range plans under the mentorship of the Assistant Merchandiser. Developing positive relationship with suppliers, sourcing offices, and internal teams such as Buying, Allocating, and Stores.

Your skills and experience will include:

The ability to learn quickly, act fast, work autonomously and be flexible to high periods of demand. Extremely organised, able to handle multiple tasks and prioritise in a fast-paced environment. Confident to learn and utilise complex IT systems including Range Planner, SAP, and other merchandising tools. Excellent communication to build strong, positive relationships across the business. A passion for retail, our products and the customer with a desire to always aim higher, learn from the best and drive your own career.
